Facebook University (FBU) for Engineers is a paid training program designed to provide mobile development experience to students who are historically underrepresented in computer science.
This Facebook University internship takes place from May to August and includes a few weeks of computer science training followed by hands-on project work. Throughout the duration of the program, you’ll be paired with a Facebook Engineer who will serve as your mentor and guide you along the way.

- Facebook Operations. Operations interns work in non-engineering roles across the company to ensure that our technology is safe and enjoyable for everyone who uses Facebook, from individuals to advertisers to developers.
- Facebook Analytics. Analytics interns learn about roles in data engineering and data science then get hands-on, mentor-guided experience working on data-intensive analysis for a product or business at Facebook.
Facebook University for Data Analytics (FBU Analytics) is a paid, summer internship program that consists of training and hands-on project experience guided by a Facebook mentor. The program is designed to provide early-career exposure to students who are historically underrepresented in this field.
FBU Analytics interns will work on data-intensive analysis for a particular product or business at Facebook. The Analytics team is looking for fast-moving candidates who want to make an impact and are interested in Data Engineering or Data Science. Together with your team members, you will translate analysis into meaningful impact for the company.
